I have completed MSc counseling and psychotherapy. I love helping people find their light within. My work revolves around empowering people, helping them find their own strengths. I am certified in Cognitive behaviour therapy, Dialectic behaviour therapy and Acceptance and commitment therapy. I am keenly interested in Mindfulness approaches, and trauma therapy. I love using art, metaphors to help people navigate challenging emotions.
