"As a counseling psychologist with diverse expertise in various fields of arts and sciences, I specialize in providing grief and trauma therapy, as well as career guidance services. To me each session with a client is unique, and I firmly believe in the words of Kolk that "the client is the most authoritative textbook". My approach is client-centered, and I learn as much from my clients as they do from their sessions.

I view well-being as a holistic aspect and draw on my research and knowledge to provide tools and lessons from various schools of thought and fields to meet the needs of my clients. These may range and depend on what the client may prefer from psychology, philosophy, spirituality and yoga. My motivation for doing what I do stems from my personal journey of healing and recovery from trauma and grief. It is my aim to empower others to experience joy and hope in life and to work towards their overall well-being"
