My approach is deeply human-centric—grounded in warmth, curiosity, and the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I meet you where you are, helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels safe and personal to you. Hence, my approach is also eclectic and trauma informed.
