My approach is trauma-informed and queer friendly, and relies frequently on Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy to provide a process and client centred service. I am currently working to specialise in therapies that bring in the body-mind connect in healing, such as Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems. With the start of my practice, I also started to take therapy for myself in an attempt to provide a genuinely supportive, authentic and empathetic space to every one of my clients.
