Hi. I am a Consultant Psychologist and have completed my bachelor's at Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Then I moved to Bangalore to complete my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University). I have experience working with children and young adults and have compassionately facilitated their journey towards their mental health goals. I am trauma and grief informed and use various modalities in my therapeutic space, sometimes focusing just on one school of thought and, many times, taking an eclectic approach. I believe myself to be someone who is strong-willed and determined.
